After our call, I’ll prepare a Project Proposal deck that covers everything we discussed for your official sign off. This is where you’ll get a clear picture of your project scope and can add / remove deliverables to adjust your price. Once approved, a contract and invoice are shared — the project will officially begin once the contract is signed and the 50% retaining fee has been paid.

A standard project scope includes two rounds of revisions, so please make sure to gather all consolidated feedback before relaying it back to me. If additional revisions are needed, I’ll work hourly so we can get your project just right.

After you’ve approved the project, and the final invoice has been paid, I’ll send over all of your files in a well organized folder. Please don’t hesitate to send me any follow-up questions once you receive everything, I’m always happy to help!
